Yujin Jang

Yujin Jang is a PhD candidate in the Department of English at the University of Pittsburgh. Her dissertation investigates how early modern experiences of music shaped contemporary people’s subjectivity as well as their racial, gender, and religious identities. Her research and teaching interests include premodern critical race studies, the history of science, music and sound studies, digital humanities, and public humanities.
