The fall/winter issue of The Fifth Floor is always dedicated to alumni news.
If you haven't sent us news lately, please do! We're happy to pass along word of what you've been doing, where you are, what projects you are involved in, and any recent accomplishments or important events in your life. Here at The Fifth Floor, we are always crowd-sourcing and looking for story ideas. We don't yet have the resources to pay for writing, but if you are interested in putting together a feature that involves Pitt English and its amazing alumni, we'd be honored to help you along with that.
To keep us up to date, use this Google form or e-mail your news and story ideas to engalums@pitt.edu. Please include your graduation year, degree, and major/program/track; we are happy to include relevant links as well.
For the Fall/Winter issue, we are also looking for alumni to talk to for the following feature:

If you or anyone you know fits the bill, reach out to us as engalums@pitt.edu!
In addition to photos related to your current life and news, we would love to have photos related to the English department: photos from department events or photos of undergraduate/graduate students and alumni.
E-mail us at engalums@pitt.edu with single photos, or to arrange transfers of larger groups of photos. We will also scan and return print photos that you mail to The Fifth Floor c/o Ellen Smith, Department of English, 526 CL, University of Pittsburgh, Pittsburgh, PA 15260.
The deadline for all alumni news is November 20, 2021.
